PROCLAMATION NO. 800, March 09, 2005
DECLARING SATURDAY, JUNE 11, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, the Province of Rizal was formally established on June 11, 1901;
WHEREAS, Saturday, June 11, 2005, marks the 104th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Rizal;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, June 11, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Rizal.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
