Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. The amount of Five Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos (PhP. 539,696.00), shall be appropriated out of the Lump Sum appropriation for the acquisition of landed estates under the Land-the-for-Landless Program of the City of Manila, to be deposited in favor of the Regional Trial Court so that the City of Manila could take immediate possession of the property identified in Ordinance No. 8076 at the pleasure of a competent court where the expropriation ordinance proceedings may be assigned.
SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 20, 2015.
