ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 54 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following are hereby DESIGNATED as
Acting Presiding Judges, in addition to their regular duties in their
own courts, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of
travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to
continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular
judges thereat or until further orders from this Court:

1. Hon. WILFREDO HERICO –
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Talisay, Camarines Norte,
as Acting Presiding Judges of the Municipal Trial Court, Vinzons,
Camarines Norte and the Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Capalonga – Sta.
Elena, Camarines Norte;

2. Hon. AUREA PENALOSA-FERMO, –
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Labo, Camarines Norte, as
Acting Presiding Judges of the Municipal Trial Court, Panganiban,
Camarines Norte and the Municipal Circuit Trial Court: San Lorenzo – San
Vicente, Camarines Norte;

3. Hon. IRMA ISIDORA M. BONCODIN –
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Bombon, Camarines Sur, as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Basud, Camarines
Norte;

4. Hon. ROSITA L. LALWANI –
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Minalabac, Camarines Sur,
as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Mercedes,
Camarines Norte;

5. Hon. MANUEL E. CONTRERAS – Presiding Judge
of the Municipal Trial Court, Ocampo, Camarines Sur, and Acting
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Bula, Camarines Sur, as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Paracale, Camarines
Norte.
