PROCLAMATION NO. 1374, September 03, 2007
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 26, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, to be known as “Pueblo Day”.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
