The Team Assessment and Planning Workshop aims to:

-enhance team productivity
-assess and realize the success indicators of the previous plans
-identify the office’s short term, medium term and long term goals
-identify the dynamics that contribute to team effectiveness
-discuss the expectations of each member as team members of the organization
-define the importance of the role of the members in the office
