PROCLAMATION NO. 391, May 29, 2012
DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JULY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR)
WHEREAS, the Chairman, RDC-CAR has requested that Monday, 16 July 2012
instead of 15 July 2012, which falls on a Sunday, be declared as a
special non-working day in the Cordillera Administrative Region;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Cordillera
Administrative Region be given full opportunity to celebrate and
participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW,
THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of
His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 16
July 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Cordillera
Administrative Region.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
