FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALIFICATION STANDARDS FOR INSTRUCTORS CONDUCTING TRAINING WITH THE USE OF SIMULATORS

Effective 01 October 2003, all Instructors presently conducting training with the use of simulator, should have already received appropriate guidance in instructional techniques involving the use of simulators and gained practical operational experience on the particular type of simulator being used, as required by MTC Memorandum Circular No.7, series of 2002.
Instructors who cannot comply with the above requirement after the above-mentioned date shall no longer be recognized by MTC.
