INDUCTION, OATH TAKING, TURN-OVER CEREMONY AND FIRST BOARD MEETING IN PAGAPAT, EAST VALENCIA, BUENAVISTA, GUIMARAS |
The incumbent and newly elected Officers and Board of Directors
of the Sheriff’s Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold an
induction, oath taking, turn-over ceremony and first board meeting on
June 9 and 10, 2009 to be held in Pagapat, East Valencia, Buenavista,
Guimaras.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS,
chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that
there is written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and
there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.
Ms. Cecilia S. Banez, Secretary General of the Association shall
submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days
from the date of the activities.
