REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8462, January 19, 1998
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LA PAZ, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LA PAZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of La Paz, Province of Tarlac, to be known as the La Paz National High School.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, lapsed into law on January 19, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
