The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI), will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on Substantive Law and Jurisprudence on Intellectual Property for Clerks of Courts of Special Commercial Court Judges of Regions 6, 7, and 8 and Cebu Station Court of Appeals Attorneys on October 8-9, 2014, Wednesday-Thursday, at Best Western Plus Lex Cebu, Escario St., cor Juana Osmena Ext., Cebu City.
