Decisions / Signed Resolutions December 11, 2012 [ CA-G.R. CR NO. 00772-MIN, March 27, 2014 ] FRANCISCO, J.:

FRANCISCO, J.:

Before Us is a Motion for Reconsideration[1] filed by accused-appellant, Nancy Lim on January 28, 2013 of this Court’s Decision[2] dated December 11, 2012. In the assailed Decision, We affirmed the ruling[3] of the Regional Trial Court of Zamboanga City, Branch 12 in Criminal Case No. 17317 finding the accused-appellant guilty of Unlawful Importation or Smuggling under Paragraph 4 of Section 3601 of the Tariff and Customs Code.

After a judicious review of the Motion for Reconsideration, We find that the grounds relied upon by the accused-appellant in her motion have already been carefully considered, evaluated and passed upon by this Court in the assailed Decision. The accused-appellant has not raised any argument to convince this Court that its ruling is erroneous and improper, or contrary to the law or evidence.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Motion for Reconsideration filed by accused-appellant, Nancy Lim is hereby DENIED.

SO ORDERED.

Camello, J., Chairperson and Badelles, JJ., concur.
