proposed pilot sites located in Angeles City, Imus-Cavite, Lapulapu

pilot courts on the APJR and deepen their understanding of the APJR and
its implications; 2) mobilize commitment to implement and sustain the

confirmation of their engagement in, and commitment to, the objectives
of the APJR, especially the institutional development component; 4)
generate support to the APJR; and 5) validate the feasibility study on
the proposed renovation/construction of the Hall of Justice, identify
gaps (if any) and generate inputs to the finalization of the feasibility
study.
