In order to effectively implement Administrative Order No. AVT-2014-024 dated 24 January 2014 governing the Initial Registration or Brand New Motor Vehicles, LTO shall honor and accept as one of the mandatory supporting requirements for new registration of motor vehicle the Philippine National Police (PNP) Motor Vehicle Certificate Clearance under the name of the Manufacturer, Assembler, Importer, Dealer or Buyer.
