PROCLAMATION NO. 1431, September 10, 2026
DECLARING TUESDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN
WHEREAS, on 29 September 2026, Tuesday, the City of Iligan will mark the celebration of the Diyandi Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iligan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 29 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iligan.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
