AN ACT AMENDING SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SEVEN, BY PROVIDING A PERMANENT ANNUAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE PAYMENT OF DRAWBACKS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION TWENT…
SECTION 1. Section one of Act Numbered Three hundred and fifty-seven, making certain permanent annual appropriations, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following additional paragraph :
“To pay the drawbacks authorized by section twenty-three of the Law Tariff Revision Law of Nineteen hundred and five, or such other drawbacks as may be provided for by law.”
SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of “An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws,” passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. ¦
