SECTION 1. Section 24 of Republic Act No. 10583 is hereby amended to read as follows:
“SEC. 24. Compliance With CHED Requirements. –

“The institution shall retain its status prior to the effectivity of this Act until it is able to comply with the requirements provided herein.”
SEC. 2. All laws, executive orders, decrees, instructions, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with any provision of this Act are hereby amended, repealed or modified accordingly.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
