We advise that the following Bangko Sentral Registration Document covering foreign investment has been reported lost:
BSRD Number Investee/Local Firm Foreign Investor (DE) 96-00052 SUN EVER LIGHT PHILS. INC. TAIYO PACKING CO. LTD.
Abovementioned registration document should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividend remittances pursuant to Section 40 ofCB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
Please advise the same to all branches and offices.
