The Capital Insurance and Surety Company, Inc. is now under investigation for non-compliance of undertakings guaranteed by their bonds.
In order to protect the interest of the government, you are hereby ordered to blacklist the Capital Insurance and Surety Company, Inc. from your roster of insurance companies authorized to become sureties in your Port and to revoke and cancel their accreditation to issue all customs bounds until cleared by this office.
