Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Center annexed to the existing Riverbanks Center ICT Building I, subject to the provision of Republic Act No. 7916 as implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 06-279 dated 29 December 2000 and 27 June 2006, respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, a building, also known as the Riverbanks Arcade, which stands on a 3,577-square meter lot, more or less located at Riverbanks Center, A. Bonifacio Avenue, Marikina City, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 2, of the consolidation subdivision plan, Pcs-00-011941, being a portion of consolidated Lot 1-B, Psd-00-055453 & Lot 2, (LRA) Pcs-31486, L.R.C. Record No. 7672), situated in the Barangay of Barranca, City of Marikina, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan; on the SE., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 3-A, Psd 00-066714; and on the SW., & NW., along lines 4-5-1 by Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 75 deg. 47’ W., 1380.49 m. from BLLM No. 2, Municipality of Marikina, thence;

S.	15	deg.	52’	E.,	1.80 m.	to point 3;
S.	07	deg.	34’	W.,	41.45 m.	to point 4;

beginning, containing an area of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVERNTY SEVEN (3,577) square meters, more or less.  All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm., except point 3 by Old PS cyl. conc, mons. 15 x 60 cm.; bearing grid; date of original survey, and that of the consolidation subdivision survey, June 2, 2006.  Approved on September 11, 2006.
