Before Us is a Petition for Certiorari under Rule 65 of the Rules of Court assailing the Decision dated March 27, 2014 issued by the Second Division of the National Labor Relations Commission (“NLRC”) and the Decision dated April 30, 2014 denying reconsideration thereof.
Acting on the Motion to Withdraw the Petition dated October 30, 2014 filed by the petitioner with the assistance of the private respondent and his counsel, on the ground of amicable settlement between the parties, we hereby GRANT the Motion. Accordingly, the instant petition is considered WITHDRAWN and the case deemed CLOSED and TERMINATED.
