In a Decision[1] dated 24 September 2013, this Court denied the appeal of the Oppositors-Appellants and affirmed the Decision dated 4 July 2011 rendered by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41 of Cagayan de Oro City in Misc. Case No. 2006-070 granting the issuance of a writ of possession in favor of the Petitioners-Intervenors.

On 25 October 2013, the Oppositors-Appellants filed a Motion for Reconsideration[2] questioning our 24 September 2013 Decision.
We find that there is nothing in the said Motion which would convince Us to reconsider our Decision.
This Court reiterates that the Petitioners-Intervenors have satisfactorily established their right to possession over the parcel of land as described under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-89581.
Accordingly, the Motion for Reconsideration must be DENIED.
