AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT and BRANCH CLERKS IN THE CITIES OF BOGO AND DANAO, CEBU IN THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF MEDIATION TRAINEES on COURT-ANNEXED…
The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Cebu are required to prepare inventory of mediatable cases and refer them to the PMC Unit in Bogo City and Danao City starting December 5, 2016 and thenceforth.

The participating Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court shall continue with the participation in the Court-Annexed Mediation Program in their courts, as mandated in the Consolidated and Revised Guidelines to Implement the Expanded Coverage of CAM and JDR.
