EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 355, May 08, 1989
DESIGNATING THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SPORTS AS A REGULAR MEMBER OF THE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:
SECTION 1. Section 2, paragraph a(ii) of Executive Order No. 308, S. of 1987, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“(ii) The Regional Directors of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, and the agencies represented in the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board: Provided, That each Department or Agency shall be represented by only one Regional Director thereof; and”
SECTION 2. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 8th day of May in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine.
