DECLARING TUESDAY, 08 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR
Presidential Proclamations August 26, 2026
WHEREAS, 08 September 2026, Tuesday, the City of Calbayog will mark the celebration of the Hadang Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 08 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog, Province of Samar.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
