Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 7818 is hereby amended by providing an amount for expropriation purposes, which shall read as follows:
SEC. 3. The amount of Twenty Million Pesos (PhP. 20,000,000.00), is hereby appropriated from the available funds under the Land-for-the-Landless Program of the City of Manila.”
SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on June 16, 2015.
