Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Forty-two hundred fifty-live is hereby amended to read as follows:
“SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a community hospital in the Municipality of Lubao, Province of Pampanga, to be known as Escolastica Romero Community Hospital. The site for the said hospital shall be provided by the municipal council of the said municipality in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.”
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
