SUBMISSION OF COPIES OF DECISION, WRITS OF EVICTION/DEMOLITION AND/OR ORDERS OF SIMILAR REPORT ISSUED IN CASES INVOLVING URBAN POOR TO THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT COORDINATING COUNCIL (HUDCC) |
In view of the request of the Housing and Urban Development
Coordinating Council (HUDCC) that their office be furnished with copies
of decisions, writs of eviction/demolition and/or orders of similar
report, you are hereby DIRECTED to furnish said office with the same
thru the:

6 th Floor, Atrium Bldg., Makati Ave., City of Makati
This is in supplement to the directive in OCA Circular No. 72-2003
dated 16 June 2003 wherein you were directed to furnish the
Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor, copies of decisions issued
in cases involving urban poor.
