AMENDING SECTION 2 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 374 DATED 15 OCTOBER 1996 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE ON WATER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the
Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend
Section 2 of EO 374 dated 15 October 1996 entitled, “Creating the Presidential
Task Force on Water Resources Development and Management”, and order the
following:
SECTION 1. Section 2 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
“Section 2. Composition. The Task
Force shall have the following composition:

SECTION 2. Effectivity. This
Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 15th day of April, in
the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Seven.
