SC ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 90 -2010, November 30, 2010

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) wall conduct a Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course) to be held on November 30 – December 3, 2010, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. at the Century Park Hotel, Malate, Manila.

The following Judges are required to attend in the aforementioned Judicial Settlement Conference as PARTICIPANTS:

The attendance of provincial participants, lecturers, resource persons and facilitators in the aforementioned activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. On the other hand, the attendance of participants, lecturers, resource persons and facilitators from the National Capital Region shall also be MANDATORY but on OFFICIAL TIME only.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course) and parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
