The Supreme Court, through its Knowledge Sharing
Committee and the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in cooperation
with the University of San Carlos, will conduct the First Distinguished Lecture (“Comparative Study of Philippine / German Law on Succession” by His Excellency, Ambassador Axe! Weishaupt), Series of 2007 at the University of San Carlos, Cebu City, on June 29, 2007, at 3:00 p.m.
The conferment of honorary doctorate degree upon His Excellency Ambassador Axel Weishaupt will be held on 29 June 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at the University of Cebu, Cebu City.

Attendance in this Lecture shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

Formal business attire is required. All expenses
relative to this activity such as air transportation, hotel
accommodation and expense allowances shall be charged to the Judicial
Reform Support Project (JRSP) Funds.
