CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 158 P. TUAZON BOULEVARD CORNER SEVENTH AND EIGHTH AVENUE, CUBAO, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORM…
Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of
1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of
Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III,
President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject
to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and
Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution
No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 11-236 (s. 2011) of the PEZA
Board of Directors, the Harvester Corporate Center as an Information
Technology Center which stands on several parcels of land of the private
domain located at 158 P. Tuazon Boulevard corner Seventh and Eighth
Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City, with an aggregate area of One Thousand Four Hundred Nine (1,409) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the consolidated technical description:

being a consolidation of Lot 4-1-A & B, Psd-007404-025429, Lot 11-A
& B, (LRC) Psd-51439, Lot 12, Block 40, Pcs-939, LRC Record No.
917], situated in Barangay of Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Island
of Luzon.
Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4-H,
Psd-40671; on the SW, along lines 2 to 4 by 7th Street; on the NW, along
