OPTIONAL USE OF LTO-OWNED AND OPERATED VEHICLES IN PRACTICAL EXAMINATIONS UNDER THE DRIVER’S LICENSING SYSTEM

Pursuant to the agreements made during the 2nd Quarter Management Review last May 24, 2010, the use of LTO-owned or operated vehicle in the practical examination of license applicants shall not be obligatory. LTO-owned or operated vehicles shall only be utilized in cases where applicant fails to present a vehicle for his/her own use.
All Orders, Memoranda, and other issuances inconsistent herewith are deemed superseded.
