The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) Inc. will hold its 3rd National Convention and Seminar on 28 to 30 November 2002 at the Centennial Arena. Laoag City.
Court Stenographers are authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the business of the court on the said dates.
A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
This amends Circular No. 54-2001 dated 3 August 2001.
