BASIC JUDICIAL TRAINING ON CYBERCRIME AND ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE (BJTCEE) ON 26-28 MARCH 2019 IN DAVAO CITY |
The Department of Justice (DOJ) – Office of Cybercrime (OOC) will conduct a Basic Judicial Training on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence to be held on 26-28 March 2019, 8:30 a.m. in Davao City.
In connection therewith, the following cybercrime court judges in Mindanao, and their pairing courts, are hereby authorized to attend the training on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearing:

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
Free accommodation and meals for the participants, during the course of the training, shall be provided by the DOJ-OOC.
