DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 SEPTEMBER 2026 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONDRGON, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR
WHEREAS, on 22 September 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of Mondragon, Province of Northern Samar will mark the celebration of its 143rd Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mondragon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mondragon, Province of Northern Samar.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
