The motion for reconsideration filed on January 29, 2014 by defendant-appellant shows that the issues and arguments raised are mere rehash of those already resolved and given due consideration by this Court, thus, no new or substantial matter was presented to justify a modification or reversal of the decision dated December 13, 2013.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
