AMENDMENT OF THE CATEGORY STATUS

En line with the thrust on simplification of our Rules and Policies, the Board in its meeting of November 15, 2000 approved the amendment of the category status as follows:
| Category Status | Level of Utilization (based on Base LR) | |
| a. Critical | – | at least 80% in the preceding quota year below |
| b. Non Critical | – | 80% in the preceding quota year |
The manner of allocation, restoration of quotas, surrender periods and assessment fees shall be delineated accordingly based on above definition effective quota year 2001.
This Circular amends Rule 1 Section 3 (m) of the GTEB Rules and Regulations.
