This delves into petitioner’s Notice to Withdraw Petition for Certiorari, Prohibition and Mandamus with Application for the Issuance of a Status Quo Ante Order and/or Writ of Preliminary Injunction with Payer for Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO).[1] Private respondent Maila Rosario Que filed Comment[2] thereon. In its Manifestation and Motion,[3] public respondents, through the Office of the Solicitor General, averred that they interposed no objection to the Notice to Withdraw.
