In a Resolution[1] dated June 25, 2013, We directed petitioner to inform this Court of the date of receipt of the assailed Order[2] dated January 2, 2013 and the date of the Motion for Reconsideration before the RTC, within five (5) days from notice.

Counsel for petitioner filed a Compliance[3] which alleged that he received a copy of the above Resolution on July 25, 2013, but did not comply with Our directive therein. Considering that a copy of the Resolution was allegedly received on July 25, 2013, petitioner had until July 30, 2013 to comply with Our directive. However, per CMIS verification dated June 6, 2014, no Compliance has been filed.
In view of the failure of the petitioner to comply with the Court’s Resolution dated June 25, 2013, this Court resolves to DISMISS the instant petition.
SO ORDERED.
