AMENDING CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 23, S. 1986-1987, DATED FEBRUARY 5, 1987

SECTION 1. Section 3 (b) of Circular Letter No. 23, Series 1986-1987, dated February 5, 1987, is hereby amended to read as follows:
b. Quedan-permits therefor, duly stamped SURCHARGED FOR
WITHDRAWAL AS “A” EXPORT, “B” DOMESTIC, “D” WORLD MARKET and “C” RESERVE
SUGAR, as the case may be, shall be signed by either of the following:
Department Manager III, Production Control & Regulation Office;
Department Manager I, Sugar Transactions Department; Chief, Export Sugar
Division, or by the Chief Domestic Sugar Division.
SECTION 2. Any provision of Circular Letters, rules
and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to this Circular Letter
are hereby modified or revoked accordingly.
