After a careful perusal of the Omnibus Motion for Reconsideration or, in the alternative, to Reopen Trial of the Case (Rollo, pp. 160-169) filed by accused-appellant of the Decision of this Court dated March 13, 2013 (Rollo, pp. 131-140), as well as the Comment (Rollo, pp. 180-185) filed by plaintiff-appellee, the Court finds no cogent reason to amend, revise, much less reverse said Decision.
WHEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit .
