PEREZ, J.:
This Court notes that plaintiff-appellant filed his Appellant’s Brief[1] on 11 July 2011. Subsequently, defendants-appellants filed their Appeal Brief[2] on 15 August 2011. In response thereto, plaintiff-appellant filed his Appellee’s Brief[3] reiterating his prayer as contained in his Appellant’s Brief on 12 October 2011.
After the present appeal was submitted for decision by this Court in a Minute Resolution[4] dated 8 February 2012, defendants-appellants filed a Withdrawal of Appeal[5] on 29 October 2014. Plaintiff-appellant likewise moved for the withdrawal of his appeal[6] in consideration of the defendants-appellants’ withdrawal of their appeal on 29 October 2014.
The implication of the withdrawal by the defendants-appellants of their appeal and the withdrawal by plaintiff-appellant of his appeal, both appeals involving as they do the same parties, is that the parties herein have finally settled their differences.
WHEREFORE, defendants-appellants and plaintiff-appellant’s concurrent Motions to Withdraw Appeal are GRANTED.
The appeals are hereby deemed withdrawn, and this case is hereby CLOSED and TERMINATED.
