OCA CIRCULAR NO. 132-2010, September 30, 2010

The officers and members of the Sheriff’s Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its 16th National Convention, Seminar and Workshop on April 5 to 7, 2011 In-Legaspi City, Albay.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Legaspi City from October 7 to 8, 2010 to finalize policies, guidelines and to discuss other matters in preparation for the forthcoming convention:

2.Erly C. Martir	Executive Vice-President	RTC, Guimaras
3.Cecilia S. Bahez	Secretary General	RTC, Quezon City
4.Patermoscio G. Labayani	Treasurer	RTC, Muntinlupa City
5.Andres M. Fernandez	Auditor	RTC, Dagupan City
6.Fructoso L. Loja	Head Tech. Assistant	RTC, Quezon City
7.Felino G. Lacanlalay	VP for Luzon	RTC, Batangas City
8.Levi M. Aguilar	Tech. Asst. for Luzon	RTC, Masbate
9.Fernando R. Regino	Asst. Director-NCJR	RTC, Quezon City
10.Salvador A. Guevara	Director-Region 5	RTC, Iriga City
11.Miguel D. Quiros	Coordinator	RTC, Legaspi City

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Franklin C. Aguinaldo, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the activities.
