SECTION 1. In view of the official report of the Coordinating Group on Livestock of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) Study Team dated September, 1990, declaring the entire country of Indonesia as FMD Free Zone, paragraph one (1) of Administrative Order No. 33 as amended is hereby further amended by lifting the prohibition against importation, bringing in or introduction into the Philippines of animals, animal effects, animal products and meat from the said country.
SECTION 2. This Order shall take effect immediately.
