For your information and guidance, the Court En Bane issued a Resolution dated 23 August 2007, in Administrative Case No. 6788 entitled, “Diana Ramos vs. Atty. Jose R. Imbang”
which disbarred respondent Atty. Jose R. Imbang from the practice of
law and ordered his name stricken from the Roll of Attorneys.
