The following Judges are authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME, the Mid-Year Symposium on Construction Arbitration sponsored by the Construction Industry Aibitration Commission (CIAC) in cooperation with the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators, Inc. (PICA) on 24 and 25 May 2001 at the Subic International Hotel, Subic Bay, Olongapo City:
