POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 45, s. 1993, October 21, 1993
ESTABLISHING CONCILIATION OFFICE IN MINISTRY OF LABOR, SINGAPORE

With the new system, the domestic worker may present her complaint or grievance to the Conciliation Section, Ministry of Labor with address at 18 Havelock Road, Singapore, either by writing or appearing in person.
Agencies and entities concerned are enjoined to disseminate this positive development during the regular pre-departure orientation seminar or supplemental briefings they conduct for their respective workers.
For compliance.
