Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the balance or funds remaining to the credit of the “Irrigation and Permanent Public Works Bond Issue” fund, created by section seven of Act Numbered Thirty hundred and thirteen, the sum of one hundred thousand pesos for the construction of concrete floors and other permanent improvements in the Bureau of Public Works storehouse on the Port Area, Manila, to make it suitable for offices of the Insular Government, the provisions of Act Numbered Thirty hundred and eleven to the contrary notwithstanding.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
