Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 8274, entitled: “An Ordinance authorizing the City Mayor to cause the acquisition either by negotiation, expropriation or by any legal means, of that certain parcel of land with an area of Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Square Meters and Twenty Square Decimeters (893.20 Sq. M.), more or less, located in San Andres, Malate, Barangay 738, Zone 80, District V, Manila, registered under the name of Carlos Tuason, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 31697, in the Registry of Deeds for the City of Manila”, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

“SEC. 2. The amount of Two Million Pesos (PhP 2,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated funds available in the City Treasury to ensure that the provisions of the ordinance are carried out in accordance with its goals and objectives.”

SEC. 2. Repealing Clause. – All ordinances, resolutions, executive orders, and adminsitrative orders, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with any provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

SEC. 3. Effectivivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on December 19, 2013.
