City , Capiz will hold it’s Sportsfest on June 11, 2009 from 8:00 in the

Participants in the said tournament are authorized to attend the said
activity on OFFICIAL TIME. The Executive Judge shall see to it that a
skeletal force shall be maintained in all branches to ensure that there
will be no disruption of official business or transactions of the court
on the above-cited date.
